Original recipe (1X) yields 16 servings 2 cups all-purpose flour ½ cup confectioners' sugar ½ cup sliced almonds ⅔ cup butter 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature ½ cup white sugar 2 eggs ⅔ cup unsweetened pineapple juice ¼ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup white sugar 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved ½ cup heavy cream, whipped Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups flour, confectioners' sugar, and almonds. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press crust mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.
