Original recipe (1X) yields 3 servings 12 ounces angel hair pasta ¼ cup olive oil 2 tablespoons butter ½ yellow onion, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 small tomato, diced ¼ cup olives, chopped ¼ cup Chardonnay wine ¼ cup chopped leeks ½ lemon, juiced 2 teaspoons capers 2 teaspoons salt ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined ¼ cup heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro Directions Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook angel hair pasta in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
