Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 2 cups cooked corn kernels

  • 1 cup diced carrots

  • 1 cup diced green pepper

  • ½ cup chopped onions

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Toss corn, carrots, green pepper, and onions in a salad bowl.

  2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, and salt in a small bowl. Pour over corn mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
