Something went wrong. Our team is working on it. Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings ¾ cup cashew milk ¼ cup quick-cooking oats 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons maple syrup, or more to taste 1 tablespoon vegan dark chocolate chips ½ banana, sliced Directions Pour cashew milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add oats and reduce heat to a simmer. Stir in cocoa powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined. Sweeten with maple syrup. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add chocolate chips, stir, and cook until oatmeal has desired consistency, 1 to 2 minutes more. Pour oatmeal into a bowl and top with banana. Cook's Note: I have also used almond milk instead of cashew milk.
