Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • ¼ cup boiling water

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1 cup cold milk

Directions

  1. Combine boiling water, coffee granules, and sugar in a large mug and whip with an immersion blender until foamy, about 2 minutes. Set aside.

  2. Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Pour milk over ice cubes. Top with the coffee foam.

Cook's Note:

Any milk can be used, plant based or dairy. Stevia can be used in place of sugar.
