Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee

  • ÂĽ cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple-flavored syrup

  • ½ cup ice, or as needed

  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream, or to taste

  • ÂĽ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, divided

Directions

  1. Put cold brew, pumpkin puree, milk, syrup, and 3/4 of the pumpkin pie spice in a blender. Blend until combined and smooth.

  2. Pour into a cup with ice, add whipped cream on top, and garnish with remaining pumpkin pie spice.

Cook's Note:

You can use any milk and sweetener of your choice.
