Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings

  • 1 cup frozen sliced strawberries

  • 1 cup avocado oil

  • ½ cup white wine vinegar

  • ¼ cup white sugar

  • ½ medium red onion, chopped

  • ½ tablespoon poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Combine strawberries, oil, vinegar, sugar, and red onion in a blender; blend until smooth. Add poppy seeds and pulse several more times just to mix together.

  2. Chill in an airtight container in refrigerator for several hours before serving.

Cook's Note:

You can use a different oil of your choice instead of avocado oil.
