Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 54 servings

  • 3 cups instant tea powder

  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice

  • ¾ teaspoon ground cloves

  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper

Directions

  1. Combine instant tea powder, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice, cloves, and white pepper in a bowl. Add mixture to the blender or a spice grinder and grind even finer.

Cook's Note:

To use, add 1 teaspoon chai tea latte powder mix to any kind of hot milk. Sweeten as desired with any kind of sweetener.
