Ingredients
-
1 cup ice cubes, or as needed
-
4 ounces pineapple juice
-
2 ounces vodka
-
1 ounce lime juice
-
1 ounce triple sec
Directions
-
Fill a chilled martini glass or cocktail shaker with ice. Add pineapple juice, vodka, lime juice, and triple sec. Shake vigorously if using a cocktail shaker, or stir in the glass until well combined.
Cook’s Note
If you have a juicer, I recommend making your own pineapple juice. Fresh pineapple juice is like a vacation in a glass.
If you would like to put sugar on the rim of your glass, place sugar onto a plate, wet the rim of the glass with a lime peel, and dip it into the sugar. I like to use Splenda Naturals. It's coarse and tastes exactly like sugar.
