Original recipe (1X) yields 18 servings 1 (15.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix 1 cup water 7 large eggs, divided 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 pints part-skim ricotta cheese 3/4 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix 1 cup milk 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Combine cake mix, water, 3 eggs, and oil in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until well combined, about 2 minutes.
