Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings 1 cup butter, room temperature 1 cup white sugar 3 egg yolks 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 cups apricot preserves Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch pie plate or tart pan. In a large bowl, mix together the butter and sugar using a wooden spoon until smooth. Mix in the egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each.
