Cheesy Amish Breakfast Casserole.
I was very reluctant to use the cottage cheese, ugh I hate that stuff. However I stuck to the recipe and wow..it definitely makes it creamy! I used sausage instead of bacon and I used hash brown (small potato kind w/ peppers n onions. This came out amazing, although the recipe doesn't call for salt or pepper IT NEEDS SALT & PEPPER. Other than that this recipe is a keeper. Ty!
