Aldi Is Bringing a $10 Copycat Stanley Tumbler to Store Shelves—Here’s How to Get One Before They Sell Out

The best news? It’s a fraction of Stanley’s price.

A few weeks ago TikTok sensation Baked by Melissa—who causes quite the buzz with her videos about salads and other dishes she creates in her kitchen—posted about her favorite kitchen tools. One of those tools wasn’t a tool she uses for cooking, but one she uses to stay hydrated—the super popular, insulated Stanley tumbler. Melissa says the tumbler makes her drink more water (she thinks it’s the straw) and keeps “your water so cold.”

Anything that helps us drink more water is a good thing, but there are two issues with the Stanley brand for many people. The first is that it’s been historically difficult to get because it keeps selling out. The second is that the tumbler can cost as much as $60. Even the cups part of Target’s collaboration with Stanley go for $45. That can be a steep price for many people, especially for those of us known to accidentally leave reusable bottles behind and can't remember where we left them.

Later this month, Aldi is coming to the rescue for those who want the Stanley look without the Stanley price tag.

Aldi’s Version of the Stanley Tumbler Has an Affordable Price Tag

Although Aldi is best known for its bargain food products, Aldi shoppers often head first to the non-food aisles where practical and trendy household items get swept up quickly. We suspect that this Aldi tumbler will be one of those items that gets swept up very quickly.

They’re not in stores just yet, but according to the company, Aldi’s version of the viral Stanley tumbler—along with several more August Aldi Finds—is set to show up on store shelves on August 30. Although that’s a few weeks away, consider it good news: You haven’t missed out yet, and you can be sure you’re at Aldi when the doors open on August 30.

Aldi’s Crofton 40-ounce Thirst Crusher Tumbler will come in four colors—blue, charcoal, cream, and flint gray—and will look similar to the Stanley tumblers, without the Stanley logo, of course. And the price? It’s just $9.99.

If you’ve been waiting for the chance to carry around one of the trendiest-looking reusable bottles to come along in a long time—without paying the trendy price—this will be your chance.
