Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings.
I made this recipe as is, except I added frozen peas for a little variety. Like a lot of reviews, I found this pretty flavorless. I would make it again, but I would definitely add some salt and pepper, maybe some garlic and other seasonings as well. I also didn't like the chicken being so large, so next time I will cut it into cubes so it can be mixed into the rest a bit better. Overall, the recipe was alright. With those changes, it could be really good!

Crusty Dutch Oven Bread.
This was good bread, but it wasn't as airy as I would have liked. I let it rise longer than the recipe indicated, but maybe even that wasn't long enough, or there was not enough yeast. I did preheat the Dutch oven beforehand, and the bread got a beautiful, crunchy crust! Overall, I would try this again with a little bit more yeast.

Joy's Easy Banana Bread.
This was delicious! I made it exactly as the recipe stated, except I added some chocolate chips just for fun :) The outside had the perfect amount of crunch to it while the inside was moist and delicious.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins Recipe.
This recipe was amazing! There wasn't enough of the cream cheese mixture for the amount of batter it made, but they were still delicious :) I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone who loves to bake. I could even see the cream cheese working with other flavors and types of muffins, not just pumpkin.

Grandmother's Pound Cake.
I don't think I will ever make this again. It turned out almost burnt on the outside, and not cooked at all on the inside. I triple checked the temperature to cook it at, but it was fine. My failure might have been that I accidentally added too many eggs, and it looks like it might be an all right recipe if I had the guts to try it again correctly. Other than the eggs, I followed the instructions exactly.

Best No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake.
This was probably the best cheesecake I have ever eaten! Although I would classify it as a cheesecake pie seeing as it's in a pie tin ;) This was my first time attempting anything like this and it was definitely a success! I found the cherry filling overpowering, but maybe if I used less of it instead of covering the whole top of the pie it would be better. I also think it would be pure bliss if I used chopped strawberries and sugar instead of cherries. Just an idea ;)
