Sandy's Homemade Broccoli and Cheddar Soup.

Delicious recipe for broccoli soup! This was my first time to ever attempt broccoli soup from scratch and I’m glad I chose this recipe! Super easy and delicious. My son and niece both loved it. We like things with a little spice so I added red pepper flakes. Will definitely be making this again.

Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Shells Recipe.

My husband likes it which counts for a lot! He is a meat and potatoes guy. This has a really nice kick to it that you can tame down with ranch if you need to. We had salad and garlic bread for the sides. I used cottage cheese in place of ricotta since ricotta upsets my stomach. Will definitely make again.

Easy French Toast Casserole.
I made this for a work potluck and brought it in hot from the oven, my entire office staff raved about how delicious it tasted. It is definitely the hands down best French toast I’ve ever eaten!!! Highly recommend.

Mississippi Pot Roast.
This is now my go to recipe for roast. We had the regular roast I’ve made for years earlier this week (12-04-17) and it had no zing. I will only use this recipe from now on.

Quinoa Chicken Recipe.
LOVED IT!!this was my first time to cook w/quinoa, I nearly burned it to the bottom of the pan, LOL. I added a little chopped cilantro at the end when you mix quinoa with the chicken to simmer. Even my super picky 14 year old thought it was the best. My husband and son ate it wrapped in tortillas with refried beans and freshly shredded cheddar. I enjoyed mine on half of an avocado with a side of refried beans and a little cheddar. Try it you won't be sorry.

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup.
Love this soup! I'm glad I came across the recipe, my mom used to make this when I was younger for us to enjoy. I added lentils to my version, next time I will used diced tomatoes instead of whole peeled tomatoes.
