Held close to the recipe except I just love garlic so I loaded it up. Poured the shrimp and sauce on spaghetti. It was great. Second time I made it I put it on Stouffer’s Fettuccini Alfredo.
It tasted great. I’m not too much a zucchini eater but this had a mild zucchini taste but sweet! We will make it soon. I like cinnamon so I might add a little more. My family and friends loved it. Recipe is a keeper. Like others said, “Don’t sqeeze out moisture. It’s good to keep the moisture in it”!
My goodness, I’m usually not a blueberry person, but I wanted to make them for my wife and grandkids! It was so easy to make and it was a hit, even for me. I loved them. I was going to take a pic but they disappeared too quickly. The streusel topping added so much for the flavor too.
Well I usually like all the recipes from Allrecipes but this was well ok. It had good angel food flavor, good pineapple flavor, but together, well like I said, “It was okkkkk”. Maybe with the two textures, It wasn’t my cup of tea.

It was a very good cake. I always read reviews to tweak what the majority like to do differently. What I did, was I added a little cinnamon, and instead of 2-1/8 cups of white sugar, I put in 1-3/4 cup white sugar and the rest brown sugar. Then instead of 275° oven I did 290° on convection. Still cooked over an hour. I did not cool it in the freezer or fridge, I just set aside to cool. It raised well and was very moist. My family loved it and my grandson said, I have to make this all the time for parties. 👍😁 I also did not add frosting. I would definitely recommend this recipe! 😋
It was very good and by the time I posted this (after I cooked it) it disappeared! 😋😋 I might try (like the post below) to double the recipe and put in a 9”x13” pan to make it thicker! 👍
