A keeper. This was a last minute decision..omg!I fried my onions separate, then mushrooms, then beef patties... No onion soup mix so I substituted Googles recipe without dried onion... Anyway, I won't fry mushrooms without Marsala (so there was a heavy splash), but this was hands down one of the best dinners I've constructed in a while!! Egg noodles were our base for all the goodness!!

Sorry folks but this is GREAT!! I added some chopped jalapenos and minced onion. Not sure how anyone doesn't like this. Thank you.

Lemon Meringue Cheesecake
This was honestly one of the best desserts that I have made. 16 servings is a bit of an overestimation!!! This is definitely a keeper..easy to execute and not heavy to consume!!

Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions
We absolutely love this dish. That being said, sauce is everything. We added chunky sweet onions, pieces of green pepper, snap peas...I need more vegetables typically. But at the end of the week when the fridge is getting bare, this is better than takeout.

All we did differently was sprinkle green onion rather than cilantro and I used much less broth as we wanted to ensure it wasn't too thin. Easier to add more then take away. I couldn't wait to eat the leftovers, which were even better!

Pecan Sour Cream Coffee Cake
This was our Christmas dessert. I wasn't allowed to take my pan home! It was returned empty!! Definitely will make this again. Very easy.
