Delicious! Several ad-ins: A rind of parmesano, bay leaf, and, if I have on hand, a generous tablespoon of lovely Cento Organic Pesto; made with just pine nuts. No cashews or walnuts (yuck!)

Banana Cake.

I have made this moist, yummy cake many times and is my son’s favorite! I added finely chopped walnuts, and cut 1/3 of all ingredients for the frosting—because it produces enough for 2 of these cakes.
I have also increased the oven temp to 320°, and the time by as much as 15 minutes. I don’t measure the banana mix. Just mash 4 of a good size. It is a terrific cake when served cold.
Delicious! The boys up a Winterfeld would be quite satisfied with this rich, tasty soup. I have some decent 1/2 stale rye bread I paired with this and it was perfect. Kudos!
9x9 baking dish. Maybe/probably added more than called for sour cream. But who cares! Delicious, with or without coffee. Excuse me for texting with my mouth full. Thanks

This was such a comforting, truly satisfying dinner! The meat balls were light and delicate. The gravy was from heaven! (the noodles were embarrassing easy). The loganberry sauce was a perfect compliment to both the meatballs and gravy—the way cranberry sauce is to a roast turkey breast. Everything was lovely. Kudos! This will be appearing, and disappearing—again, and again!
