Way too easy! Delicious! I do use my mandolin slicer for both the potatoes and onions, just in case I have better things to do than cook! LOL Didn't change a thing, get rave reviews everytime.

Pumpkin Spice Martini.
A friend brought this recipe, to a holiday gathering this past December! Outrageously delicious! We doubled the vodka, and used pumkin spice (which I'm guessing is sold mostly around Thanksgiving). Creamy goodness...yyuummmm

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!.
I always claim that I don't know how to cook, as I have a family of chef's. This was just too easy. I used red, yellow and orange peppers as I hate green peppers, cilantro a must, 2 cans of beer-that was easy. My favorite red onions, check, but you can use sweet yellow. Used 1/2 hot sausage 1/2 sweet, just a dash of the hot sauce. Served over linguine and the crowds went wild! Thanks Robert for my new favorite!
