Ckicken and white bean soup

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken

  • 2 cans white beans drained

  • 2 cans diced tomatoes, not drained

  • italian seasoning

  • 4-5 carrots bite size pieces

  • celery

  • mined garlic-1 tbsp

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 cup or so of small pasta

Directions

  1. cook the chicken in a big pot of water with celery

  2. remove chicken from bone, add back into the stock

  3. add onion, spices and carrots-cook a while

  4. 20 mins before serving add pasta to cook

  5. serve with fresh grated parm and crusty bread
