Ingredients

1 whole chicken

2 cans white beans drained

2 cans diced tomatoes, not drained

italian seasoning
-
4-5 carrots bite size pieces
-
celery
-
mined garlic-1 tbsp
-
1 small onion
-
1 cup or so of small pasta
Directions
-
cook the chicken in a big pot of water with celery

remove chicken from bone, add back into the stock
-
add onion, spices and carrots-cook a while
-
20 mins before serving add pasta to cook
-
serve with fresh grated parm and crusty bread
