Love this! The uncooked sauce tastes bright and fresh without hiding the other flavors. Used Mexican oregano and that flavor went very well with the rest.

Absolutely delicious. They completely fell apart while cooking, even after adding extra breadcrumbs. But I don’t even care bc they are still so so tasty, I love it.

Worth the effort
This wasn't too hard to make and the flavor is great. The next time I made it the same way but I changed the tuna for lump white crab meat. I also added some cajun spice to it. Wow that flavor.

Popa's Pickled Eggs
I have never had pickled eggs before last weekend at the PNW roundup. The recipe creator happened to attend so that was a double bonus. :) These were very good and when I got home, mentioned to my daughter who has chickens, yet another thing to try with her plethora of eggs. She asked me to send her the recipe, thought I would leave a review for them also as long as I was here. Count on me making some of my own. Can't wait to see what it does to a potato salad!
