This is a hit with my family! The mess we made with the sauce could be considered criminal in 4 states. But, we think it needs some more “oomph” and will add a diced jalapeño next time and maybe crisp bacon if I’m feeling bougie & want to be like Applebees. It’s delish as is, don’t get me wrong, and will eat it without reservation.
This was great...the flavor was spectacular! I added some lemon juice & dill to the caper sauce as it was cooking just to add some freshness & it was a huge hit. The seasoning on the chicken wasn’t something I’d have combined but it really was delish once the chicken crusted over. Yum!
This is a family favorite & my 14 year old loves making it himself. We use panko breadcrumbs & broil at the end to get a nice crust, but otherwise we keep the recipe the same!
This sauce is so yummy & totally simple. We skipped the fennel because it’s not something we keep on hand, and added a bit of fresh basil & parsley but otherwise kept pretty true to the recipe. This is the second time we’ve made this & my family is wondering why we ever wasted time on jarred sauce when this is so easy & delish!
