Greek Lemon Chicken and Potato Bake.
I don't like chewy green beans. The flavor was good and so was the rest of it.

I used less spices and was quite happy with the flavoring - and substituted Mrs Dash original for the lemon herb seasoning. Guests liked it - I'll try this again.

I was optimistic about this because of all the good reviews. I suspected the salt and pepper content was too high so I used half. It was still way too salty for my liking or my mother's health. The pepper was also too strong in my opinion. And I think it also calls for an excessive amount of olive oil. I will try this again using half the oil, and a quarter of the salt and pepper.

Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies.
I did have to substitute the cocoa powder with melted chocolate, but it still came out amazing and my partner and family loved it.

Sinful Chocolate Biscotti.
Who knew my 68 year old husband would love something new! I followed the recipe exactly, as I always do for a new recipe, and loved the flavors. I will spend a little more time bringing the dough together in the future, and will lower the temp to 350, but otherwise the instructions worked well for me. Thank you!

Perfectly Dry Roasted Chickpeas.

These are really good, VERY crunchy fyi. Season them to your own taste because they won't be great unseasoned. Just like everything. SALT, pepper, smoked paprika, and chili powder. Or garlic and oregano. Follow the recipe exactly and you won't have problems. Most importantly: let them dry for 45m to an hour before baking. DO NOT add any oil or seasonings BEFORE baking. Wait until the cool down period to add those. Your seasoning will burn otherwise or the oil will cause the chickpeas to overcook. I added a bit it oil to help the seasoning stick. I might shave 10m off the cook next time because they are VERY CRUNCHY. If you like Corn Nuts you'll probably like these.

Mine failed. Not at all what I was expecting. This recipe for me was a waste if time and food. Nothing delicious, there will be no second attempt
