Excellent recipe, the flavours (pears) wonderfully. Will definitely make again. I may change only one thing the next time I make them. Is after cooking the pears, drain some of the juices. I found that the filling was very runny and hard to work with. Was hopping that after adding the cheese and cool it would harden up a bit, but never did. (Was thinking of doing that but did not want to vary from the true to the recipe instructions)
