Made it at 9000 ft with AP flour. Used a little less per recipe recommendations. Super fast and easy. Was nicely risen in less than an hour at this altitude.
Loved this recipe! Left in a Ziploc bag overnight, baked at 350 for 35-ish minutes, reserved marinade to boil and use as sauce. Skipped spices (except oregano) to make kid friendly (M).
A tad too sweet for all of us. Would reduce the sugar in the filling next time. “Crust” was really delicious and plenty for us. Didn’t think it had to be increased. Good idea to dice the strawberries to make this easier to eat. Used a springform pan.
