Ingredients

1 (16 oz) package summer sausage

2 cans (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) yellow hominy

1 can (15 oz) white hominy

2 can (10 ounce) diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, with liquid

1 cup hash browns or diced potato

1/3 cup onions, diced

1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1. In a medium sauce pan, saute onions and sausage until onions are slightly transparent.

2. Add remaining ingredients and cook until well blended.
