This is a great recipe, I found the sushi rice to be really sweet with the 3 tbsp sugar. I reduced it to 2 Tablespoons. Next time I will reduce it to 1 Tablespoon. Overall an excellent recipe to use what ever filling you want. Will make this again!

Great recipe! Mine did not look like the picture.. haha but it tasted really good. Next time I am going to try the saucier version as I made it really thick. Used a premade pie crust for the top. Will make again !

Another WIN for the instant pot! Most if us were battling some type of cold so I was looking for something with minimal effort that would still taste good (instead of ordering out). This was delicious and hit the spot! Instead of can chicken broth I used water & chicken ready base. Then followed the recipe as written. Great soup! Can use as a base and add to it or leave it as is.

SO good! I am loving the instant pot for quick, easy flavorful dinners.made this for family movie night & they loved it. I used 2 large boneless skinless chicken breast as it was what I had and shredded it per step 6. I omitted the peas because my family does not care for them. Instead of heavy cream I used 2% milk to make it a bit healthier. Other than that I followed the recipe as written. Served it with homemade sourdough bread which was delicious dipping into the broth! A family keeper that I will be making again.

Easy delicious recipe! Made this for Super Bowl Sunday and everyone loved it. I omitted the jar of salsa and just used a can of green chilies & diced tomatoes. Topped the chili with grated cheese, lime crème and avocado. Will make it again.

A great way to use up leftover chicken! Recipe came together quick and easy. I used Better than bouillon chicken and water.
