This was really good but not the best scampi ever. It is a very good recipe on its own. I just don't think it's a scampi recipe. I'm giving it four stars because I did really like it and will make it again. It's just not scampi.

Made this tonight. Used completely different seasonings, but followed the 1:1 ratio of cornmeal to flour and all other directions. This was great!! Nice and crisp on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Definitely a keeper.

I made these for the first time a few days ago. I have never liked these cookies because they were always dry. This recipe is awesome. The only change I made was pecans instead of almonds. I followed one reviewer's advice and made a conscious effort not to over work the dough. Mine were tiny, not much larger than marbles. A great size to "pop" into your mouth. Everyone loved these. This was very good and very easy. I made enough for 45 people and everyone enjoyed it. My only change - My altered servings called for many many Roma tomatoes, peeled. I drained a #10 can of diced tomatoes and it worked perfectly.

Wonderful twist on Chicken with white sauce. Tasted great. I added a sprinkle of Pico de Gallo seasoning just before serving. Other than that, followed the directions to a Tee. Perfect!!

Excellent. I'm was a bit worried about the raw egg but decided to live on the edge... This recipe ROCKS!! (NO pun intended! tee-hee). Scaled it down to 4. There's just two of us tonight. No need for 16 margaritas between the two of us. LOL - Wouldn't that prove for a great evening?
