Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • ½ cup Italian bread crumbs

  • ½ cup salsa

  • ¼ cup ketchup

  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon celery salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Mix ground beef, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, salsa, ketchup, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, and celery salt together in a bowl; transfer to a loaf pan.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, about 1 hour.
