Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 large prebaked pizza crust 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed 1 teaspoon dried Italian herb mix, or to taste 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained Ā½ cup chopped jalapeno pepper Directions Place an oven rack in the center of the oven. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Brush the entire crust surface with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian herb mix, parsley flakes, and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
