This peach crumble cake is a go-to recipe for me. It’s very quick and easy to make, and most people have the ingredients in their pantries already. The more brown sugar you use on top, the more “crumble” you will have. It's great for summer cookouts served with ice cream.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced peaches

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

  • ¾ cup butter, thinly sliced

  • 3 cups brown sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Cut peaches into thirds and pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread cake mix in an even layer over peaches. Cover cake mix with butter slices, then spread brown sugar over top.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and bubbling, about 30 minutes.
