We’re big fans of wholesale clubs like Costco because of the truly great deals you can get on everything from travel to groceries. And while I love nothing more than hunting down the latest viral bakery treat at Costco or timing my visit perfectly to grab the freshest rotisserie chicken possible, there are even more deals to be had at the wholesale club that I didn’t even know I could access.
A viral TikTok from creator classicjac reminded us that some of the best Costco deals are available through Costco Next.
What Is Costco Next?
Costco Next is an online-only service from Costco that essentially connects Costco members directly with Costco suppliers. When you purchase through Costco Next, the supplier handles all shipping, returns, and customer service requests. And because it’s a Costco supplier, you can get great deals through the program.
While the TikTok above highlighted the great beauty products you can score through Costco Next, there are a few awesome kitchen deals to be had. If you go to the Costco Next site (you’ll need your Costco membership ID to access it), you’ll see a huge list of partner suppliers, including cookware giants such as Zwilling, Viking, and GreenPan.
Once you select the supplier you want to check out, it redirects you to the supplier's webpage. But instead of displaying the full manufacturer's suggested retail price, it gives you that sweet, sweet Costco discount.
We dug around a little to see how good of a deal you can actually get, and generally, it’s pretty solid. Zwilling offers the Demeyere Essential 4-quart Stainless Steel Saucepan with Lid for $199.99 via Costco Next, as opposed to the $249.99 you’ll find it listed for on its site without navigating through Costco Next. The Zwilling Pro 20-piece Knife Block Set goes for just under $1,300 on the Zwilling site, but it will only run you $929.99 if you purchase through Costco Next. On GreenPan, you can get its popular nonstick ceramic pan for more than 50 percent off—while it's typically listed for $129.99, you’ll get it for about $60 via Costco Next.
Another benefit to purchasing kitchenware through Costco Next is the access to the sets that aren’t available otherwise. Viking has a 15-piece Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set for about $590 available via Costco Next. If you look across the web you’ll see a similar 10-piece set from the brand that will run you about $600.
The final verdict? If you’re in the market for new cookware, cutlery, and even serveware, it’s worth taking a look at Costco Next.
