The frozen chicken products did not receive reinspection when imported to the U.S. Rather than a recall, the FSIS issued an alert because the breaded nuggets are no longer available in stores, though they may still be in consumer’s freezers. How To Identify the Costco Chicken Nuggets Under Alert The Dino Buddies Holiday Nuggets came in 5-pound boxes labeled “yummy Dino Buddies Holiday NUGGETS Breaded nugget-shaped white meat chicken patties” with a “Best if Used by Date” of 11/06/26 and Lot #241556. They have the Canadian establishment seal “348.” Pictures of the product can be seen on the FSIS alert page. What To Do if You Purchased the Dino Holiday Nuggets The nuggets were shipped to a Costco retail location in Goleta, California, located at 7095 Marketplace Drive. There have been no confirmed reports of illness or adverse reactions because of consumption, but the FSIS urges consumers not to consume them and return them to the place of purchase for a refund or to throw them away.
