The Lucky Charms Sam's-Exclusive Snack that Customers Are Buying 10 At a Time

It’s not even Valentine’s Day yet, but Sam’s Club is already ready for St. Patrick’s Day. Yesterday, Instagram account @samsclubmembers shared that Lucky Charms Just Magical Marshmallows are back at the warehouse stores. The collection of hearts, stars, horseshoes, clovers, blue moons, unicorns, rainbows, and red balloons first appeared on its own, without that pesky cereal, in 2020.

Now, the freeze-dried marshmallows we all know and love are back at Sam’s Club, right next to the regular Lucky Charms. Each box is filled with two bags of marshmallows for $7.98. They’re still branded with the words “Limited Edition,” so they’re apt to disappear after St. Paddy’s Day, just like the leprechaun’s rainbow. 

Since the quirky product’s inception, fans have taken to TikTok and Reddit to share the love. “Where have these been my entire life?” wondered TikToker sierra.honeycutt. She told viewers that she and her husband had long fought over the marshmallows in their cereal. The solution? When they found the limited edition product at a Sam’s Club, they ordered 10 more boxes to be delivered to their home. 

“Now you add them to lesser cereals,” said one Reddit poster. “Hurts my teeth even looking at it,” countered another. 

But the negative posts are in the minority. Instead, commenters are sharing their recipes. Some say they use it in hot chocolate, snack mix, or poured into “lesser cereals” like  Froot Loops. 

The Sam’s Club reviews are also worth a giggle. “I made myself sick eating these :)” claimed one five-star critic. “Magically delicious,” said another, who added “This should be available always!”

Fans can only hope that someday they will be. Until then, it might be time to order that box of 10 for the lean months ahead.
