I finally perfected a version of pita chips that everyone agrees is just right! These crispy, flavorful chips come together in no time, boast a bold garlic kick, and pair beautifully with spinach artichoke dip. Try adding Italian seasoning, fresh herbs, or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for a delicious twist!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 package pita pockets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Brush one side of each pita pocket with oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and garlic salt. Slice each pocket into 4 even triangles and arrange, oiled-side up, on a baking sheet.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until pita chips turn a light brown color, 15 to 20 minutes.
